The client
Azenzus Vision is a provider of high-performance Visual Based Asset Integrity Management Software as a Service (SaaS) Platform. They engaged us to enhance their system with a web-based checklist wizard that leverages a large language model (LLM) to generate custom checklists for various types of inspections. This project is part of their broader initiative to streamline asset integrity management processes through digital tools.
The Challenge
Azenzus Vision’s existing process for creating checklists was manual and relied on importing complex Excel files, making it time-consuming and prone to error. The goal was to create a more efficient, automated solution that could not only generate dynamic checklists based on user input but also integrate into their broader asset management platform. This project also aimed to build a checklist library and an asset registry for future use.
Our Solution
Raccoon Depot developed a web-based checklist wizard using React, integrated with an LLM for dynamic checklist generation. This wizard allows users to input specific inspection parameters, and the system generates the relevant checklists automatically.
While the full integration of the checklist library and asset registry is still in development, the demo preview of the checklist wizard has been successfully deployed. This preview enables the client to showcase the functionality to the visitors and gather feedback.
